On August 5-9, 2013, elections of akims of cities of district significance, rural districts, settlements and villages that are not part of the rural district were held in Kazakhstan. Observation of elections of akims was conducted in five districts of five regions of the republic.
Analysis of the collected materials allows us to make the following conclusions.
